Player Premium Monitoring
This page provides a quick overview of how to purchase a license for Player Premium Monitoring. This monitoring service available on our web portal Cockpit brings unlimited access to proactive maintenance, automated alert notifications, activity reporting, remote configuration and more. These features are designed to bring maintenance costs down and increase the reliability of an HMP-player display network.
STEP 1: prepare the following required information -
✅ An Active Cockpit Account
Cockpit is our web portal where among other things, Player Premium Monitoring is managed. Therefore, you need to tell us your client's email address associated with an active Cockpit account for which Premium Monitoring should be activated. If your client doesn't yet have a Cockpit account, they should create one here.
STEP 2: send a purchase order to store [at] spinetix.com
Please include the SKU of the product, the product's exact name, and the quantity desired. You can find the SKU and product name in the current SpinetiX pricelist you have at your disposal. Once you provided us with your PO and respective Cockpit account username, our Store Team will grant the requested Premium Monitoring Licenses within the designated Cockpit account. The administrator of the account will then need to assign the purchased license(s) to the player(s). To do so, please follow instructions described below in step 3.
STEP 3: Associating the monitoring license to a player
Once you purchase the Premium Monitoring license, you need to assign it to a player. To do so, please follow these instructions:
